SEMANTICS Semantics is the study of linguistics meaning of morphomes,words,phrases,and sentence. There are three subfield of semantics: 1)Lexical semantics Lexical semantics is concerned with the meaning of words,and the meaning about relationships among words. 2)Phrasal and sentential semantics Is concerned with the meaning of syntactic units larger than the word. 3)Pragmatics Is the study of how context and situation affect meaning. MEANING Conceptual meaning; conseptual meaning covers those basic,essential component meaning that are convoyed by the literal use of word.
